All CRA hearings should be continued to May 4, 2020 or to a
date thereafter and a Wavier of Appearance of the Parties including subject children,
attorney’s, employees of DCF shall be considered whenever possible.
Again, in Juvenile Court based on COVID-19 for any adoption
matters shall be continued to the first business day no less than 60 days from
the date of the scheduled event or the date agreed to by the parties and the clerk’s
office but not before May 4, 2020.
