If I believe that My Spouse or Significant Other has Exhibited Violence or Threats, how do I get him/her Removed from the Home?

You can either go to your local court and get a Restraining Order and if the Judge makes a determination, the Judge can order your spouse or significant other to leave the house without any prior notice for a period of up to 10 days.  After 10 days, there would be a hearing where your spouse or significant other is able to go to court and argue against the Restraining Order.

If it is not during regular business hours, you can go to the police station and seek a Restraining Order with an on-call Judge.
