The Financial Statements in Massachusetts are used to have the party’s discoveries; that they are able to understand the financial picture and the courts able to understand the financial picture of the other party.

Some of the Financial Statements are fairly exhausted and what you have to list is fairly exhausted. However, big coins or digital dollars has become an issue in divorces that sometimes parties have tried to hide assets that way or avoid.  It just is good for you and/or your attorney to be aware if you think your spouse might have digital money and to make sure that it is at least listed properly in the financial paperwork.
