What Documents do I need prior to Filing and that would be Helpful for an Attorney to have?

A copy of your driver’s license or legal identification; a copy of your social security card; a copy of your last two (2) years federal and state income tax returns; copies of all checking and savings accounts for one (1) year; at least three (3) months of payroll or income verification; up to date credit report and credit account certificate along with some other records that I would be able to go over with you.
