What is the paperwork that you need to do a 1B Divorce or a Contested Divorce?

Some of the paperwork is like the 1A Divorce. You do still need a certified copy of the Marriage Certificate, a Complaint for Divorce under Section 1B, Record of Divorce Absolute which is a R-408 form, Military Affidavit, Financial Statement, Affidavit of Care or Custody again explaining if there have been any other court actions involved with the children or not. At some point you need a Child Support Guidelines and a Financial Statement although you do not need this to file the Complaint for Divorce.  You can ask for Temporary Orders and a variety of other things but those are the basic forms that you would need.
