Sexual Harassment and Discrimination
Attorney Nesson represents people who have been discriminated against and sexually harassed.  Attorney Nesson can help file a case at MCAD (Massachusetts Commission against Discrimination).  If you have been discriminated against including areas of:

Attorney Nesson has previously been on the approved list of MCAD trainers including in past discrimination, sexual harassment prevention and diversity training.  Further, Alex Nesson has been a mediator for EEOC issues related to the US Post Office under the Redress program.  He has also taught college and high school courses that related to diversity and discrimination law.
